A spacious bedroom in a newly built town house (2007) in Palo Alto is available for rental from 22 March 2012.

The bedroom has its own entrance, separated from the main house. The bedroom comes with new flooring (to be done soon as seen in the picture) and large private bathroom. You will have access to your own kitchenette. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but we can make some arrangement for furniture if needed.
As part of the housing complex, there is also a swimming pool for your access.

The house is within proximity to Stanford (20 min bike), San Antonio Shopping Center (Walmart, Trader Joe's) & Caltrain (20 min walk or 10 min bike), California Ave Caltrain (10 min bike).

Rental is $1150/month including utilities and internet. Security deposit of one month $1150 is refundable upon moving out. Long term stay (minimum 3 months) is preferred. No pets allowed (we already have a cat in the house); no smoking and drugs.
