We're three male medical students and three female working professionals looking to fill a vacancy in our fully-furnished (and tricked-out) 6BR, 3BA home starting on Sept 1.

We're located ridiculously close to Stanford -- a 10 minute bike ride -- and our house has a ton of great amenities: big, furnished backyard with barbecue and fire pit; bigass oak trees that keep the house cool in the summer; huge garage that can double as a workshop; and easy parking on the street.

The room is medium sized (~12ft x ~10ft, with a 2.5ft x 10ft closet), is the only one that faces the sun -- making for incredible natural sunlight most of the day -- and comes fully furnished with a full bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, sofa, chest of drawers, and two whiteboards for you to organize your life/come up with diabolical schemes.

We're a 3 minute drive (10 minute bike) from Safeway, a 10 minute drive to Caltrain (and to California Ave), and are about as close to the 280 as you can get. Hit us up if you'd like the address.

As a group, we're interested in a diverse range of academic subjects including new technologies, advertising, neurobiology, global health, public policy, and teaching. On the lighter end, we're active (climbers, runners, bikers galore), like going out to the local pub, and gather to watch Game of Thrones together on weekends. Our house is vibrant since we're often all in the living room, and we all like to cook and share cooking tips.

The contract would begin on Sept 1, 2015 and would go until at least June 30, 2016. At that point there will be an option for us to renegotiate with our landlord, and it's likely that we will continue on. If we do renegotiate, the vacancy will end on August 31, 2016.
