Looking for a roommate to join a 2BR/2BA cute and modern unit in gated condo (built in 2003). I have lived here for one year. This condo technically has an East Palo Alto address, but it is on the Palo Alto side of Hwy 101, just a few blocks from Menlo Park and Palo Alto, behind the Four Seasons Hotel. The condo is one block up from the freeway, but I have found the area to be safe and quiet when the windows are closed.

Move-in date is either August 1st or Sep. 1st, please let me know which you prefer in your email. One year lease required.

-There is a large common room with couch, TV, etc, also the bedrooms are separated by the common room so there is a lot of privacy in each room.

-Parking is not included. There is street parking and a few guest spots that fill up quite quickly in the evenings. Having lived here for a year I can tell you that parking can be a bit difficult on this street (you may have to walk a few blocks), so this condo would be ideal for someone who plans to commute to work by bike (you can store your bike indoors) . I am a 30 year old male who works at Stanford. Looking for a clean, considerate, responsible, and friendly roommate.

Rent is $1150 a month. We would split electricity and cable/internet, about $60 a month per person. No smoking and no pets.
