$1150 private bedroom 2 miles from SU - sublease starting April 28th

We are a group of 5 friendly Stanford male graduate students. Unfortunately, I will be leaving in April and hence we are looking for one more housemate to share an awesome house 2 miles from Stanford. The house has 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and is situated at 139 Walter Hays Drive. Rent is $1150/month (an amazing deal). The sublease period will be from April 28th - June 17, with the option for the subleasee to extend the lease for a further year at the same price. We are looking for a housemate who would be able to take on the full lease period.
