My current roommate is moving out very soon, and I am in need of a roommate within a week or two.

For very complex reasons, we just signed a new lease (4 days ago) and as it turns out my lovely roomie can no longer here. :'(

So here are the details. You would have to be:

a) alright with sharing a 1bd, 1 bath apartment. (I currently live in the living room, with a partition and you can take the bedroom.)

b) able to pay $1150 + utilities (no more than $100/mon, right now I can't say because we haven't actually had our first bill yet, but the internet/cable is 74/mo)

c) able to move in really, really soon.

d) clean, responsible, and relatively studious, but chill (i.e. By all means invite a friend or two over, but give me a call/text before hand in case God forbid I have a project to do).

The lease is currently for 6 months, but can be renewed for another 6 months, 1 year, or whatever is your choosing.

To move you need to be able to pay a $500 deposit, $1150 for the first month's rent and then you will have to submit an application with $20 to the leasing office (they will be checking your credit and you will have to be approved).
