We appreciate someone who is mindful of shared spaces and understands our clean-as-you-go philosophy. We are two very social ladies--hoping you are too! Conveniently near Cal Train station and downtown Cal Ave (which has a Sunday Farmer's Market). JCC is a 12-minute bike ride. Mitchell park is nearby as well. Walking distance to Philz Coffee, Middlefield. Short bike ride to downtown Palo Alto and Stanford. On your way to Stanford is the Town and Country shopping plaza which has a Trader Joe's, the best ice-cream shop!, and Mayfield bakery. Grocery stores are within the radius as well: Wholefoods, Safeway, Mollie Stone's, and Piazzas.

Wifi and utilities come out to $65 a month; deposit is $1155 with a commitment of at least one year.
