I am going for an internship this summer and I am subletting my studio in Escondido Village.
"Only researchers/faculty who will be affiliated with Stanford during the summer or current graduate students" are eligible for renting the studio

Location: Escondido Village, Stanford Campus
Monthly Rate: $1181+ communication fees (This is the amount Stanford charges me through a one year agreement)
Fully Furnished: Bed, Convenient working desk, sofa, stools, TV, refrigerator, large bathroom
Parking: next to the building is available for you
Internet (SUID is required!) and all the utilities included (including landline phone)
