I am looking for a roommate to take over a room in a new apartment. This is a top floor apartment with on-site fitness center, community room and pool. The room is 12x13 (plus closet space) and you will have your own (very nice) bathroom with granite top-counters. Mid-Jan move in.

• 27 yr old male
• Software Engineer at Google
• Have been in the area for 3-4 yrs - Stanford CS grad alum
• Like to get to know roommates, but also independent.
• Have friends over on occasion, but not all the time
• Enjoy photography, guitar, working out, traveling

What I am looking for:

• Someone who is able to sign a 1 yr lease
• It's fine to be social, but please keep things quiet at night.
• Is good about keeping shared areas clean (I don't care about your own space)

Utilities would be split 50/50 and there would be a $300 security deposit.
