We're looking for a roommate to live in a shared house with three other people in East Palo Alto. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, the house is about 2,000 square feet with 2.5 bathrooms, four bedrooms, hardwood floors, a large kitchen, two living rooms, air conditioning, washer/dryer, two car garage, wifi, front yard and back patio.

All spaces are shared except the bedrooms and the bathroom and walk-in closet in the master suite. We split house chores to keep the place tidy and the kitchen is large enough for multiple people to prepare things. Guests are welcome, we usually just check with each other when people are staying overnight.

The other three roommates are all Stanford affiliated and in our late 20s/early 30s. We're easy to get a long with and have regular work schedules. We're looking for someone who is easy to live with, friendly, respectful, and can sign a year-long lease.
