We rent a 3-Bdr house in San Mateo off of Alameda De Las Pugas. Our 3rd Housemate is leaving mid March. We are 2 women looking for a professional, financially stable female, non-smoker, 28 - 50 who is interested to share home with us. Dishwasher Wash/Dryer in house and 2 fireplaces. We also have a back & side yard w/a myer lemon and orange tree. We're in a great neighborhood, scenic areas to walk and to shop close by. And, one housemate has a loving small dog.

The available 3rd-Bedroom is $1,200 month plus utilities & Comcast. We already have furniture in communal spaces for Living Room / Family Room & Dining Room. Bedroom is available April 1st, but can be available earlier if needed. Require 1st months rent deposit to move in.
