Roommate one, Ashley (28 years old): Originally from Indiana, went to IU. Currently works as an office manager for a Venture Capitol firm in Menlo Park. Eats like a toddler, but brings home amazing leftovers from the office! She can also make a mean cocktail. All of us could use a lesson or two from her on how to optimize Groupon opportunities. Don't be surprised if you run into her at the local pub.

Roommate two, Miki (26 years old): Grew up in DC, Israel, and Marin. Went to Stanford undergrad. She is a sales and marketing rep for Tesla Motors and also works for her family business (generally an over-achiever work-a-holic). She makes the most delicious salads and appreciates all things involving good food. Wonderful sense of humor and fabulous laugh. Don't be surprised if you find her up too late watching trashy TV on her iPad.

The dynamic of the house is comfortable and cozy. We enjoy a casual dinner night or a glass of wine and TV show together every now and then. Overnight guests are welcome, just no fourth roommate situations please. We are looking for a female (similar in age) grad student or professional who is laid back, respectful of common areas (keep them tidy), and fun. No cigarette smokers. No pets (landlord rules, sorry).

Finance talk: Rent is $1,200 a month. Utilities are split and run about $100 per month.

Initial six-month lease and then month to month after that.
