My current roommate has decided to take on SF so I'm in need of a roommate starting June 1st to take on a minimum year lease with option of resigning the lease yearly. About me: I'm a 33 year old, non-smoking, female professional working at Stanford. I stay pretty active rock climbing and dancing which means I'm not home a ton. I'm respectful and like to keep common areas clean and appreciate roommates that value the same. I've always had amazing roommates that I get along with so I'd like to keep the trend going.

The apartment has it's own washer and dryer, a gas stove, and is a second floor unit in a four-plex so it is quieter than most places. The apartment is across the street from a park and is ~1 mile from downtown and is in between the San Antonio and Mt. View Caltrain stops. For those interested in biking to Stanford, the trip is about 5-6 mi along a flat and very bike-friendly route (~30 min ride). There is one cat in the apartment (fully declawed- so it won't be tearing any furniture.) I love this place and I hope you do too. It has pretty spacious common areas for the living room and kitchen, then has a back room with laundry that leads out to a small balcony. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and double windows meeting at the corner. It has a nice sized closet with fully mirrored doors.

Rent split is ~$1200/mo (+/- depending on utilities). Also includes off-street parking spot (uncovered).
