I'm a Stanford graduate student, and soon to be done. We have 3 BRs in one of a kind shared house 6 BR/ 4Br just renovated house close to UC Berkeley north campus.
The monthly total is 8500 without utilities and we anticipate to split it by 7 or 8.
We prefer graduate or young professionals and couples are welcome.
