Need a roommate as soon as possible (move-in date desired: Monday, March 16). The room is spacious, bright, and quiet. It will also come unfurnished.

The house was recently remodeled and has beautiful hardwood floors, tons of natural light (through many skylights), a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard (taken care of by gardeners who come weekly), and plenty of street parking. It's a great location--easy access to 101, close to San Antonio Shopping Center, biking distance to Stanford, and less than a mile from Philz Coffee. It's also a great neighborhood for running or biking.

Housemates: A Stanford grad student and two young professionals, all mid-20s. There are currently two girls and two guys, and we're looking to keep that balance if possible. The roommate leaving is male, so ideally we'd replace him with another male.

Rent is $1222 + utilities (~$70-90) = ~$1300 total.
