Looking to transfer lease for a 1 BR in a 2BR/2BA Apt at the Via Apartments complex. I am looking for someone to take over the lease from Mid March to April timeframe. The current lease ends on Oct 1st, 2012. While the current Market Rate is $2700 for the apartment, I am offering the 1 BR for $1234 a month. The apartment also includes in unit Washer/Dryer.

The apartment is very conveniently located next to fresh n easy, Peet's coffee, and Speciality bakery. It is also opposite a light rail station and less than a mile away from both 101, 237 highways. The community also comes equipped with a great gym, pool, and many other amenities such as a Bocce Ball court and barbeque pits. My current roommate is a Software Engineer at Google and is fairly easy going. She would prefer to share the apartment with a female only.
