The apartment is 2br/2bath, available on 09/21/2015, located at the center of Santa Clara. A nice and safe neighborhood. International swimming pool is 8 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. One min walk to bus stop 81. 15 min bike to santa clara caltrain station.

We share kitchen and a large living room. You will have your own bathroom. Free on street parking. a lot of spaces. The pictures are taken before I moved in, about 10 days ago. Now I have fully furnished the place. You can use a nice sofa, an adjustable coffee table, and a lot of kitchenwares.

Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Currently I have a queen simmons bed, a night stand and a lamp in the bedroom.

I am a stanford post-doc researcher. I work a lot in lab so most the time I won`t be at home during the day. I would like to find someone who is responsible for the clean and tidy of the apt, who cooks little and keeps quiet. No overnight guests please.
