We are a group of 6 individuals with various backgrounds in the arts, science and tech. We believe that a great house starts with great people and are looking for our new roommate to fill a private bedroom with shared bathroom available around Feb 1st. The room fits a queen bed and has a closet, and the house is large with lot of storage space! We have a wonderful private backyard, pool and spa all located in an Emerald Hills mansion 1.5 miles from downtown Redwood City.

The house is 6 bedrooms, 4 bath. The room for rent is upstairs, right next to the wide staircase. You would share a restroom with two other people.

House expenses are split in shortreckonings (web app), including bi-monthly maid service, water/gas/electricity, and internet, to roughly $150 a month.

A- Artist/ educator, loves day trips to the ocean and city. Enjoys yoga, hiking, baking and hosting dinner parties
U- Engineer/Data scientist at a local startup. Aspiring gardener and programmer. Loves tinkering with stuff and fixing/breaking them.
M- Finance exec at a local tech company by the day and a movie aficionado par excellence the rest of the time.
Na- Works at Stanford in infectious disease research and a passionate rower.
Ni- Sales rep at a local robotics company and an avid outdoorsman.
K- Fun and relaxed guy who manages a restaurant downtown. Likes to play sports and hang out with friends on his days off.

You- Our newest housemate! Excited about community living and looking forward to being a proactive member of the household. Clean and respectful of shared and personal spaces in the house. Always up for fun weekend activities with fellow housemates. Bonus points if you like hot tub and fire pit.

Sorry, no smokers and also no pets, as there are allergies in the house :)
