This is a townhouse, with garage, washer & dryer on the 1st floor, one big living room, kitchen and a guest restroom on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. 3 bedrooms consist of 1 master bedroom and 2 smaller rooms. The one available now is the one of the smaller bedrooms.

This is a fairly new townhouse that before I moved in, nobody has ever lived in here. It has great lighting, nice environment, as you can see in the pictures. All the facilities are pretty new and advanced too, including high speed Internet. Parking is very easy, with garage, guest parking and street parking available. Water, electricity, garbage collection are not included.

The bedroom will be available on Feb 1st. The price would be $1250, excluding utilities, HOA and Internet, which usually costs a bit more than $100/month. The room is furnished.

I'm a girl in my mid 20s, graduated from Stanford in 2014 and now working in a tech startup as the lead designer. I'm looking for a female roommate. No pets. The lease would be 6 months at least.
