The townhouse is close to Palo Alto mid-town shopping center (walking); 4.5 miles to Stanford, bike is fine, 1.2 miles to Caltrain, bus stop around the corner; very upscale, quiet, green area; house is updated and has 3bedrooms/3baths; hardwood floors; dishwasher, washer, dryer; sauna; designer's touch; walking distance to restaurants/bars/shopping; shared kitchen, laundry; all utilities, internet, cable TV, etc included; freshly renovated. 
Plenty of parking on the street. Garage available for add'l fee.

We love guests but are respectful of space and time. We've had housemates (Stanford visiting profs) for the last 2 several years and enjoyed them (great people). 
Please absolutely no smokers (allergic, sorry) - no drinkers (social OK) - no illegal drugs - no pets.
