The spacious master bedroom is $1250, and has a private entrance directly to the upstairs bathroom. It has a large closet, and the current roommate has a full size bed, a chair/desk, and a dresser in there.

The condo is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a covered parking spot, as well as plenty of street parking. There's a fully fenced in patio, a gorgeous open kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of storage, and a pool/conference area in the complex. Washer and dryer are just a few steps from the front door.

One of the roommates has an adorable little dog, so dog lovers are welcome and other pets may be considered.

The room will be available July 1st, 2016 and our lease runs through June 14th, 2017.
