I am a postdoc (f) at Stanford and I am looking for a female flatmate to share a 2BR/1BA apartment. The room is available in July. Long-term tenant preferred (at least 1 year) .
20 minutes biking distance to Stanford.

The available room has a closet, otherwise the room is unfurnished. The common area (living room, kitchen, bath) is furnished, but has space for additional furniture if required. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. The rent (1250$) includes utilities and internet.

The apartment complex has a swimming pool and a laundry room.
