Looking for someone to rent one room in our charming, spacious, sunny 3 bedroom apartment!

We are 2 girls in our mid-20s who live in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in beautiful Bernal Heights, and are looking for someone to replace our third roommate who's moving out at the end of this month.

The apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light, great views, granite countertops, hardwood floors, a washer and dryer in the basement and a dishwasher. The available room has a closet, a large window, and plenty of room for a double or queen-size bed and other furniture.

We are both doctoral students who commute down to Palo Alto. We are both pretty busy with school but like to hang out and make dinner, drink wine etc. when we're both home. We keep our place clean but aren't strict about it. Ideally we would love to live with someone who is respectful, clean, and nice!

The rent for the room is $1250 a month plus utilities. We split internet and have apple TV but not cable. Our apartment is in a great location especially for people who commute/ have cars. There is always street parking available on our street and we're just a few minutes from the 280 and the 101. We are about a 15 minute walk from the mission and BART and close to both beautiful Bernal Hill and Precita Park. Also, we're a 5 minute walk from Cortland Ave which has among other things a grocery store, yoga studio, several cute restaurants and a wine bar. The 67 bus stops on our street and the 24 is nearby as well.

Move in costs are first month's rent + deposit
