• Some furniture
• Other respectful roommate who pays on time

You:

• No Pets / No Drama
• No smoker/drugs (not even outside)
• Occasional drinking is OK! (still preferred outside) No party place!
• Be Courteous to inform if occasional guest coming to visit
• The one who likes to keep the room and common area clean
• Respectful and honest
• Full-time job and able to pay rent per month
• Good Credit History
• Quietness is valued here (but in a friendly way)
• No walking inside with outside shoes

Email soon - it must go before 6/10. $2548 for complete apartment is the best price in the area where the average rent for the same apartment is close to $3000. The reason we have so good rate is because we;ve been staying really long in that apartment.
