160sqft Bedroom on second floor with shared bathroom. Front yard / garden view, 2 large windows, 1 Large closet, 2 large dressers, desk, mirrored closet door. Bathroom shared with a 23 year old working professional female. All housemates are working professionals and very considerate. Photos attached.

The Owners / Roommates:
We are a young, married couple in our late 20's, Stanford Grad. Both working professionals. We have a small dog - 15 lbs. He is very friendly, always clean, and does not shed as he is a hypoallergenic dog - havanese. Home is very clean and does not smell like dog at all. We live in the downstairs Master bedroom.
