Location: Nice neighborhood near downtown San Mateo, and only a 6 minute walk to Caltrain. Easy access to 101 and 92. Close to Philz Coffee, Sushi Sam's, Pokeatery, Century Theatre, and Trag's market.

Cost: $1300 rent, + 1/2 utilities (internet / electricity). 6 month minimum lease. Deposit is $1300 plus first month's rent.
