We are two female Stanford graduate students in our mid-twenties looking for a third roommate for the master bedroom in our beautiful 3B house from June 2015-May 2016 (with the option 1.starting in May 2015 and 2. continuing lease). We are both low key people who like to cook at home and like to have a few friends over for movie nights.

The master bedroom is huge, with it's own private bathroom containing a separate shower and bathtub, dual sinks, toilet, and skylight. The room has beautiful bay windows that overlook our spacious backyard. You will also have a walk-in closet!

The house itself has a spacious living room, a large kitchen/dining, and washer/dryer. All furnished.There is a backyard with trees and plants maintained by a gardener. There is a place to plant vegetables if you are interested in that. We are ~12 min biking distance/5 min driving to Stanford campus. We are also 3 minutes walking distance from Dutch Goose, the local bar. This house would be great for a graduate student or someone who is working in the nearby area.

Rent is $1300/month + splitting utilities, with a June 2015 move-in date, with some flexibility with earlier move in date in early May. Some of the furniture in the bedroom may be for sale. We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean (we have a rotating chores schedule), and friendly. Non-smokers only, no pets.
