We're two guys (one Stanford CS 15' MS CS 16', one non-Stanford) who are sharing a room in Sunnyvale (South Bernardo Avenue Area). It's in a decent area and has a huge floor plan plus high ceilings. If you don't wanna pay $1300, you could split the room with someone else.
