I am leaving campus this summer and would like to sublease my apartment from June 15, 2016 to September 25, 2016.

The apartment is in the Kennedy residence, Rosse building. It is brand new (opened in 2015) and very clean.

It is a shared apartment but you will have:

• large bedroom with full beds.
• private large bathroom.
• shared furnished kitchen ( dishes, coffee machine, toaster & blender).
• access to great facilities nearby ( computer rom, music room ( piano and battery), game room, TV room, laundry)

Rent is $1300/month + $400 deposit.

Stanford requires that subletters are Female Stanford affiliated.
