Room available, August 25th - Sept 25th in Palo Alto, (literally 2 minutes from the highway so very convenient, close intersection between Greer and Morris Drive). Room is larger than 10.5ft by 11.75ft (this does not even include closet, room entrance, and side extension, see pictures). I am paying ~$1900 w/utilities but will leave the room for $1300 everything included since this is so last minute. I can leave whatever you'd like in the room (desk, chair, etc.)

The house is quite large, we have two large tvs, sofas, fully equipped kitchen, internet, ovens, dining table, etc. We are a group of stanford mba students. Looking to close on this by Wednesday, please feel free to let me know if you'd like to schedule a time to see the place or I can facetime you if you cannot make the drive or are not local.
