THE HOUSE. You’ll be sharing the house with 7 other roommates, who are all youngentrepreneurs and professionals, aged 25-30.

-Dining room - where we work on and have occasional family dinners.
-‘Meditation’ room - very well lit, tons of sunlight, couch and bean bag chairs and adesk
-Living room - attached to kitchen. Home stereo system surround sound connected to entire house. 50inch HDTV.
-Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen
-Outdoors - Pool with hot tub and professional gardening (maintenance included in rent). Outdoor built-in bbq.
-Internet/technology- Comcast BOAST 150mb speed. Wi-Fi to the pool area and outdoors. Comcast cable TV with HBO

Rent is $1300/month + utilities (typically about $75-100/month).
