We are looking for a fourth roommate to share our 4-bedroom house at 105 Amherst Ave., Menlo Park for which we have just signed a lease. We are 3 male professionals of Asian and Indian backgrounds in our late 20s (2 financial advisors at Merrill Lynch in San Mateo and one clinical researcher at Stanford University). We are all clean, friendly, and responsible adults looking for someone with these same attributes.

The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. You will be taking the middle-sized upstairs bedroom (unfurnished) and sharing a bathroom with one other person (who will probably be around the least of all the tenants so it will feel like having your own bathroom). Water, PG&E, internet, and cable TV (if you will be using) will be split among the 4 of us and separate of your $1300/month rent. The owner, who is very nice and reliable, pays for garbage and gardening. For parking, there is an attached 2-car garage and at least 3 more spaces designated for our house right in front. Move-in date for all 4 of us will be some time second week of September.
