I am looking for a female flat mate to share a 2BR+1bath apartment starting September 1st for a 1-yr lease period. The unit has a separate patio. This apartment is conveniently located just 4 minutes away from a Caltrain station and California Avenue. Utilities and Wifi (new contract starting August 30th) are not covered as a part of the rent and will be split between the two of us. Per the new lease with the landlord, you will be paying $1310 in rent.

I am a working professional in my late twenties. I am clean, responsible and amiable and am looking for someone who fits a similar description. No smokers please.
