We’re looking for a friendly roommate to join us in our cozy apartment in Menlo Park!
Rent: $1340 + utilities (Internet; power; heating. Approx $100/month per person).

Available to move in now.

Rental Period: Until October 2026 (9 months). Can be renewed.

The House
We have an opening in our 3-bedroom apartment located in Downtown Menlo Park. Apartment has beautiful, exposed wood ceiling. Our location is ideal: we're a 5-minute walk from Santa Cruz Ave, near numerous bars and cafes and several grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Draeger’s) and 10 minutes bike from Stanford campus.

Common areas are spacious and bright - living, dining, and kitchen. We also have a nice and sunny balcony with a small bird house. There is a mobile app-op laundry in the complex. We also have a small storage area in the garage, if needed. No pets allowed per the lease.

The available room is cozy and comes unfurnished. Landlord is very responsive to any problems. The bathroom is shared with one roommate (female).

About us
You will be sharing the house a female Stanford grad student and a male Stanford Postdoc in our early 20s and 30s. We are easy-going people, friendly and responsible. We are looking for someone who shares the same vibe.
