Home in Great Location with great roommates

Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new roommates for our Mountain View home that is in a great location close to downtown Mountain View and has easy access to highways. It's a freshly renovated, spacious home (we will be the first people to live here since renovation) with a great backyard. We are looking for cool, interesting, and respectful housemates to join our house culture and community. Move in Date: March 15ht!

Location: In Mountain View. A short 10 minute drive/25 min bike to Google, 17 minute drive to Stanford, and close enough to the major freeways/roads (el camino, 280, 101) to make it convenient for anyone commuting. The house is far enough to be free of any highway noise. It's also a short 10 minute bike to downtown Mountain View­­a charming DT area with great restaurants and bars.

In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators. Driveway spots, garage spots, and street parking

The room: 1 room for 1350 - very large, enough for a huge desk and king bed - walk in closet.

Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like­minded young professionals, 2 girls who just graudated from Stanford and 3 guys working in tech

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama­free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

Logistics: Sign a short term 2­4 month lease originally, and will renew will a full year lease assuming you're a good fit in the house. Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
