The room has a large closet and can comfortably fit a queen size bed, large dresser, desk and bookcase. There is also a big sunny windows in the room.

The apartment is in a four unit complex with a parking spot in the back.

It is a kosher kitchen, if you are vegetarian or vegan, this is VERY doable. If you don't fall into either of those categories you would just use your own cooking implements.

The room is $1350 a month, water and garbage included. Utilities and Internet are on us.

Move in May 1st and I am looking for someone to sign a year lease with me.
