$900 bedroom:
-Available Aug 23rd
-Sunny room with closet, 1.5 bathrooms shared with 2 other housemates

1-year lease, utilities/internet adds $20-60, no pets.

The house is located at the Mountain View/Palo Alto border, near San Antonio Shopping Center. Walking distance to San Antonio Caltrain, Stanford Marguerite SE line, VTA buses, grocery stores and restaurants. 4 miles to Stanford campus, 20-25 min easy bike ride on safe roads. The house includes bright living/dining area, kitchen includes dishwasher, gas stove, backyard patio for grilling, washer & dryer, garage for storage. Ample street parking is available.

Your roommates will be a Stanford chemistry grad student and a working professional in CS. We are friendly and respectful people with busy lives, and enjoy the company of our roommates when at home.
