This is a garden level bedroom in a 3 bed/3 bath house. It has a full, private bathroom immediately next to the room, although not adjoining. There is a large window that looks out into the yard. It faces east, so the room is brightest in the morning.
The room is at the first floor level, not underground as many of the lower level rooms you'll find in the city are. To enter the room you can go from the rest of the house and through the laundry room, or through the garage.
House is newly remodeled. Large eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, gas range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, and garbage disposal. Hardwood floors throughout the upper level, engineered wood floors downstairs. New, residential type energy efficient washer and dryer (not coin operated). Ample street parking. Large backyard with fire pit.
Three blocks from the Muni Metro T line, ½ block from the 29 to the Balboa Park Bart station, 4 blocks from the 8X and the 9L to downtown. Super close to 101/280.
This is not the stereotypical side of Bayview: this neighborhood is quiet and made up of families, many of which have owned their homes for decades. It is next to be gentrified with the Candlestick shopping center/condos being developed down the street.
The other two bedrooms in the house are occupied; one by a woman in her 30s (master tenant, sugar fiend), the other by a man in his 20s (recent Stanford masters grad, works in tech). We're both really quiet and super tidy, and when we're home it's all about being chill and watching movies.
Rent includes utilities, cable, internet, and monthly housekeeping service in the common areas. Month to month lease preferred. Security deposit 1 & ½ x rent = $2,070
No smoking, no pets, no bringing the crazy parties home at 3am.
