About the lease:
- $1380/month plus utilities/internet (about $60-100/month, depending on the season)
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent
- Take over lease ends August 31 (has been renewed every year for many years)
- Unfortunately no pets
About the housemates:
- 3 roommates-- 2 female, 1 male
- Mid 20s- Early 30s
- Enjoy playing (sand volleyball, softball, swimming) and watching sports (Stanford, Packers, Giants)
- All work for or at Stanford (post-doc, athletics, organization for athletes)
- Super awesome, fun, friendly people
About you:

We are all busy people that do our own thing for the most part, but we also like to chat and hang out (usually with sports on the tv). It would be great to have someone who is similarly independent, but also wants to be friends with the people they live with (i.e. not just renting a room in a house).
