About the room:
Furnished one bedroom with private bath available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. We have the master suite and you have the second bedroom which uses the main bathroom (not attached to the room). The room is furnished with a brand new full-sized bed and lamp. The rent is $1400 per month (or $1500 if the lease is less than 12 months). Utilities will be shared three ways - we estimate your share to be around $80 per month, including internet, electricity, water, and garbage.

About the apartment:
Quiet, first floor corner unit in a gated community with swimming pool. Permit available for parking inside the complex. Washer / dryer in unit. Beautiful open floor plan - see the pictures. Close to Caltrain and easy access to major highways (101 and 280).

About you:
You are a clean and responsible individual. (No couples please.) Professionals and students welcome. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests. Light kitchen use only.

About us:
We are a couple who work together at Stanford. We love cooking and hiking. We are quiet and friendly, but are also happy to let you have your space, if that's your preference. 我们都会讲汉语。

Additional info:
You will have to provide proof of income and pass a credit check. Lease is minimum six months, with a one-month deposit. Apartment is available starting August 13, although we are willing to negotiate a move in date as late as September 1.
