We are renting out a clean private room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Palo Alto about 5 min/2 mile away from the Stanford campus. The room is 12 ft x 11 ft and it is furnished when you move in. The apartment contains a shared bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. There is free street parking. PG&E, Utilities, and Internet are included. It is $1400 a month+$200 deposit. It is available on Jan 1st!
