Our housemate is moving out, so we are looking to fill his room starting Sept. 1st (earlier move-in is possible).

Master bedroom includes private bathroom. Furniture in photos will be removed unless you want it.

The house is a 2-story duplex in a quiet neighborhood near Shoreline Blvd. It includes a full living room, dining room, kitchen, 2-car garage, back patio, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Lease is month-to-month. Utilities include air conditioning and 50 Mbps internet, and generally costs $100-130 per month.

As a housemate, you will have full access to everything including the kitchen, common areas, and garage. Current renters are A and N. N is a PhD student finishing up his thesis, and A is a software developer who enjoys tinkering with electronics.
