The bedroom available for rent is the master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom with lots of storage space. The room has two closets and a private balcony. It is in a quiet neighborhood but only a 5 min walk to two big supermarkets and other amenities. It is also close to hiking and biking trails. It is about a 30 min walk, or less than a 10 minute bike ride to Caltrain. Easy access to highway 101 and 280 makes it ideal for commuters as well. The apartment is very spacious and common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen and the living room, although some furniture could potentially be sold to accommodate new roommate. Apartment has washing machine and dryer.

You will be living with two Stanford researchers in our late 20s and early 30s who are easy-going and value great company.

Looking for one new roommate who can start paying rent August 1st and is available to meet the landlord in July to and add name to lease, as the landlord will be traveling in August and wants to meet new tenant first. Longer-term tenants preferred. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Rent is $1,400/month + split 1/3 utilities (~$60-80/month) + security deposit ($1100).
