I am a postdoc in Stanford and looking for a housemate to take the lease together for a 2-bedroom townhouse in Curtner Ave Palo Alto (15 minute biking distance of Stanford's Main Quad). The lease will start from April (the current housemate will move out before mid April. The rent includes water and garbage fee. The owner will sign leases with both of us. One-year lease.

Unit Features:
-Two stories. A big living room and kitchen on the fist floor, and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.
-Small private back yard
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Walk-in closets in both bedrooms
-Two parking spots

Requirements:
-Single, female preferred (The owner prefers Stanford affiliate)
-No Pets/No Smoking
