We are renting out one of our BEDROOM in our two-bed/one bath apartment occupied by two young professional males for the amount of $1450 including all utilities (water, electricity, wifi, and cable) or $1550 for any lease under 1 year.

• We are looking for a young professional male who’s very clean and neat to rent for the duration of 1 year. We have a weekly cleaning rotation for the common area so it'll stay clean for the roommates.

• It is not furnished (the apartment is two highway exits away from Ikea).
• We'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom (never had an occupancy issue, always extremely clean).

• 5 min bike ride to Google, 10 min bike ride to San Antonio Cal Train, 10 min drive to downtown Mountain View, 15 min to Stanford/Palo Alto.
