Listing back up! Our summer tenant is moving out

The Room: Master bedroom (12'x15') with a large closet, private fireplace, and big windows. Single occupancy, unfurnished.

Move-In: The room is available Aug. 1, but we can be flexible with an earlier move-in date. We're looking for a long-term roommate.

The roommates: one works at Google, one in consulting, the other at a Stanford research institute.

We're looking for someone who is clean and considerate, especially in the common spaces. Extra credit if you want to be friends with your roommates (they do, too!).

Our landlord will be a part of the approval process and will independently verify whomever we bring on.
