I am vacating a room in a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in the Mission on a quiet side street. This room is very large, with lots of natural light, and a good sized closet. The apartment is located very centrally. It is a 3 minute walk to 16th and Mission BART, ~10 minute very flat bike ride to 4th and King CalTrain, right off the 101 and 280 and located close to lots of great restaurants, bars, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Costco!

Rent is 1500 plus utilities, and the lease is month to month. The roommate is a very nice, very chill mid twenties female who works in the city. She has a small VERY well behaved dog but the roommate takes care of everything and he is super sweet.
