In the heart of Menlo Park - next to Santa Cruz Ave, the Safeway, the Menlo Caltrain station. It's also within biking distance of Palo Alto and Stanford campus. Aaaand the neighborhood is super nice. The further down Glenwood Ave you travel, the bigger the houses get. In fact they stop being houses and turn into mansions. So yeah, we live by the 1%.
I work at Morgan Stanley and my roommate works at Stanford. My roommate is moving out, so you'd be taking his room (the one with the bunk beds). You'll need to have some sort of income / cash in the bank as our building manager will look at our financials / credit history.
Downside: We live next to the train - for some it's only a slight nuisance for others it's a complete dealbreaker, depends on the individual.
Send your email to shaan.tehal@morganstanley.com , include "Menlo Park Opening" in the subject line (it'll help me filter them).
Thanks guys.
