Hey potential Housemates! We're on the hunt for one fun, driven person for our new PA house 10 minutes biking to Stanford and 2 blocks off university. It's an awesome house with a great backyard with a unique setup. We're on the hunt for a one housemate who wants more than just a living situation, but wants a place they can hang out, brainstorm, and work with like minded people. Start date is 4/1/16
Location: Midtown PA, close to Stanford in a nice neighborhood. As mentioned, bikeable distance to stanford university and dt Palo Alto! Also very close to google, apple, and most nearby tech companies.

The house: Lots of common area. There's a great kitchen, dining room, living room, and a garage to hang out

Your Roommates: 1 young entrepreneurs, a Stanford medical resident, and a young couple who manage a Spa. We watch movie, BBQ, and have game nights together - we hope you can add to it!
Sadly one of our roommates are moving out to another area

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :)

We work hard to make a community that fits well together. It's all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

You'll also get the added bonus of being part of the hubhaus network (www.thehubhaus.com). We have 7 other houses, all filled with intelligent, cool, young professionals. If you're moving to the silicon valley or want to make new friends, but don't want to live in a "hacker house"/shared room environment, this is perfect for you. We have barbeques quite often at our other houses and are excited for you to join our extended community.
