It's located two blocks from Santa Cruz Avenue, a 10 minute walk to Trader Joes, to Safe Way, and 15-20 min walk to Cal Train/5 min drive. The area is super calm. I'm looking for a roommate for 1 year lease. Rent is $1520 plus $80-90 on utilities depending on season.
