I am going to be in NYC for the summer and will be subletting my apartment in downtown palo alto (at the intersection of Bryant Street and Hawthorne.) The apartment comes fully furnished and is 980 sq ft (very big). The apartment is a 2 bedroom and the second bedroom is currently occurpied by a Google employee who is usually not in the apartment and likes to rock climb and is social.

5-7 min walk from the caltrain.
5 min walk to all the bars, clubs and restaurants in downtown palo alto.

I am renting out my bedroom which comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, large desk, extra monitors (if you want them), closet and drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, blenders, microwaves, oven, etc. The living room has a sofa, a 50" TV with an Xbox and a lazy boy armchair.

The rent is $1550 per month (pro rated) available from June 15th to the end of September.
